Baytown Man Arrested For Stabbing Ex-Girlfriend, Boyfriend

Police said Lestrich showed up at the home and attacked the couple, was trying to leave the state.

Updated 2:45 p.m.: Kendell Lee Lestrich, 33, has been arrested and charged with felony evading and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the stabbing of his former girlfriend and her boyfriend early Thursday.

Police say Lestrich was arrested while attempting to flee the city on a bus to Louisiana.

Original Story: BAYTOWN, TX -- Police are looking for a man who is accused of stabbing his former girlfriend and another man at their home early Thursday.

Police were called to the 3400 block of Cobblestone Lane at about 1 a.m. for a stabbing.

Police said the man showed up at the home and began stabbing his ex-girlfriend and the woman’s 50-year old boyfriend, and then ran away.

Both victims were taken by Life Flight to Memorial Hermann Hospital where both are listed in serious but stable condition.

Police did not release a description of the man.
