Dickinson Student Arrested After Recording Sex Act On Snapchat

DICKINSON, TX — An 18-year old Dickinson High School student is facing criminal charges for allegedly posting a sexually explicit video of his girlfriend online.

The Galveston County Sheriff’s Office has charged Ryan Crowson unlawful disclosure or promotion of intimate visual material after the man posted a video of his girlfriend performing a sex act to the Snapchat social media site.

Officials said the girl who is also a student and the school and a minor, was unaware of the video, which was allegedly recorded in October.

The girl found out about the video earlier this month and informed school administrators that Crowson had the video and intended to share it with the entire school, KIAH reported.

Crowson was arrested and taken to the Galveston County Jail where his bond was set at $5,000.
