Houston SPCA Rescues 80 Miniature Horses
SPCA officials said the horses were suffering from a variety of issues including malnutrition, hoof problems and breathing problems.
BAYTOWN, TX — Officials from the Houston SPCA rescued about 80 miniature horses and ponies from a property in Baytown suffering from a number of health issues.
Officials with Houston SPCA said the horses had a variety of health issues, ncluding some that were were suffering from malnutrition, blindness, breathing problems and hoof problems.
According to a KTRK report, the horses did not have access to fresh water.
