Pearland Woman Who Allegedly Gave Her Children Meth Is Arrested

Riley Arnold is charged with two counts of child endangerment for incident reported in Friendswood in August 2016.

PEARLAND, TX -- A 29-year old woman was arrested and charged with two counts of child endangerment after her two children tested positive for methamphetamine.

Riley Arnold was arrested by deputies from the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding warrant on March 3 for giving the methamphetamine to her children.

Investigators said the incident was reported in August 2016 when Arnold and her children were living in Friendswood.

Friendswood Police issued a warrant for Arnold’s arrest in November, and was given an opportunity to turn herself in, officials said.

When she hadn’t turned herself in as agreed, deputies located her and took her into custody.

Arnold was booked into the Brazoria County Jail, and has a bond set at $4,000.
