Police Rule Out Homicide In Missing Woman’s Death
Toxicology results are pending in the death of a 30-year old woman whose body was found Friday night
BAYOU VISTA, TX — A woman who vanished under mysterious circumstances was found dead not far from where she was reported missing.
The body of Jessica McDonald, 30, was discovered late Friday night in the old Bayou Vista area, but the woman’s identity was not confirmed until Monday.
McDonald was reported missing Aug. 15 after the friend she was last seen with was found disoriented in a car near the home, KPRC reported.

Police found a body matching McDonald’s description near her sister’s home on Lakeside Drive.
While forensics has confirmed her identity, they have also ruled out homicide as a cause of death, and are awaiting toxicology results, the Houston Chronicle reported.
