Ex-Santa Fe Teacher Arrested For Having Sex With Two Students.

SANTA FE, TX -- A former Santa Fe High School English teacher is facing multiple counts of an improper relationship between an educator and student after she was accused of having sexual relations with two of her students.

Kelsey Leigh Gutierrez, 25, was arrested Monday and is charged with three counts of improper relationship between educator and student, after prosecutors said she committed three separate sexual acts with two students.

According to prosecutors, Gutierrez, who was terminated earlier this year in the wake of an investigation, began a relationship with one male student in May 2015, that became a sexual relationship the following month.

Prosecutors said that Gutierrez had sex with the first student at his home on 2015, and on Nov. 12, met up with another student in the parking lot of the student’s residents, where they had sex in the backseat of her car.

KPRC reported that four days later, she went to the student's residence and had sex with him in in his bedroom, court records show.

Gutierrez admitted to investigators of having a sexual relationship with the student, and that they found evidence on both of their phones about meeting times and the student's sexual performance.

Gutierrez is being held on $45,000 bond.
