Investigators were contacted on June 13 by Friendly Computers in Webster after technicians said they recovered pornographic images of children on Berry's computer hard drive.
Police went to Berry's home with a search warrant, and Berry allegedly told investigators he'd recorded video on his iPhone of himself involved in sexual contact with a child, KTRK reported.

The victim, who was 9-years-old when the incident happened in 2016, now lives in Oklahoma and reported the incident to Houston Police in February but the case wasn't assigned because the victim lives out of state, officials said.
Berry is being held in the Harris County Jail with his bond set at $275,000.
