Montgomery County Grand Jury Indicts Four on Aggravated Robbery Charges
Four are accused of attempting to rob Jeff's Jewelry Store in Conroe in October.

CONROE, TX -- Four men who are accused of taking part in an armed robber of a jewelry store in October were indicted by a Montgomery County Grand Jury on Tuesday.
Santo Stephens, 20, Kadarius Royston, 23, Sedrick Townsend, 36, and Coredarian Bailey, 21, were indicted on a charge of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, for their alleged involvement in robbing Jeff's Jewelry on Oct. 3.
The four men are each facing up to life in prison if they are convicted.

On Oct 3, four men entered Jeff's Jewelry, located in the 4800 block of Texas 105 West, at around lunchtime and demanded jewelry purses and other items from store employees.
During the course of the robbery, the four men exchanged gunfire with several employees inside the store.

One of the robbery suspects, 21-year-old Javian Jackson, was killed in the gun battle.
According to court documents, the five men met at Jackson's mother's apartment in Houston on the morning of the robbery before leaving for Conroe in two separate vehicles.
According to court documents, the five men all met up again at a Conroe gas station, and discussed the planned robbery.
Jackson, Stephens and Royston got into a white Dodge Charger and headed to the 4800 block of Texas 105 West, which is where Jeff's Jewelry is located, with Townsend staying behind as the four headed to the store.
Court documents detailed the robbery, and the subsequent meeting of the four men at a local Walgreens store and Townsend’s return to the scene of the robbery as police were investigating the crime.
Townsend was arrested Oct. 10. Royston was arrested two days later, and Bailey turned himself into authorities Oct. 14.
All four men are being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
Stephens bond is set at $100,000, Jackson, Royston and Townsend all have bonds set at $150,000 each.
