In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Sept. 15 through Oct. 15, Galleria Dallas will highlight Hispanic and Latino culture through a monthlong Artist Collective exhibit and a series of free live performances.
The art window will display works by Brenda Melgoza Ciardiello, a Texas-based interdisciplinary artist, writer and educator whose work explores the relationship between place and memory through painting, ceramic sculpture and photography.
Throughout the month, local dance and music groups will perform on Saturdays and Sundays at 2 and 4 p.m. on Level 1 near Lane Boots. Entertainment rotates daily and includes ballet folklorico by nearly a dozen dance groups and a live mariachi performance by Mariachi Orgullo de LV Berkner High School.
