Cards Against Humanity Releases Cheeky Midterm Election Cards

The special edition cards feature phrases like "Totally ineffective political satire" and "ICE."

DALLAS, TX — "Donald Trump’s latest f*****g thing" and "Crowdfunding my daughter’s bone marrow transplant" are among 18 special edition cards released for the midterm elections by Cards Against Humanity. The promotion is designed to unseat incumbent Republicans in six flippable Congressional districts, including Texas’ 26th, the company stated in a news release.

Rep. Michael C. Burgess has held his seat in Texas' 26th since 2002. His Democratic opponent is Linsey Fagan, an SEO consultant from Keller. Cards Against Humanity claims that Burgess supported President Donald Trump’s travel ban on Muslim-majority countries and is antiabortion while Fagan supports paid paternal leave and Medicare for all, among other stances.

"Max Temkin, co-founder of Cards Against Humanity, interviewed Lindsey on his Twitch stream a few weeks ago. She's incredible. Her policies are great, she feels like the future of the Democratic party," Cards Against Humanity community manager Jenn Bane told Patch.
