Hooters Brings Wingo to Hope Lodge in Dallas

Hooters is partnering with Dallas Hope Lodge for dinner and providing an evening activity for guests battling cancer and their caregivers. On June 10 Hooters kicked off their ‘Wingo” initiative for 40 participants in the Hope Lodge’s community dining room. “Wingo” is Hooters version of the game Bingo. Going forward, the Dallas area Hooters locations will be volunteering and providing dinner on the second Wednesday of every month.
The Hooters West End location prepared this special meal consisting of boneless wings, wings, grilled chicken sliders and salad. West End Hooters Girls Judy Pham and Destiny Cuellar volunteered to serve the dinner and run the games of “Wingo”. Participants had the opportunity to play several rounds and win a selection of prizes.
The American Cancer Society Hope Lodge program provides a free home away from home for guests battling cancer and their caregivers. More than just a roof over their heads, it’s a nurturing community that helps guests access the care they need.
“Hooters is proud to expand its partnership with Hope Lodge to the Dallas community. By hosting monthly dinners along with competitive activities, our goal is to provide comfort, connection, and a sense of home for guests during their treatment. We are truly privileged to support these resilient individuals every month,” said Andrea Hill HMC Hospitality Group Executive Vice President. Hooters West End is located at 2201 North Lamar in Dallas.
