Here are the top three stories today in Dallas:
- The Dallas International Guitar Festival (DIGF) is officially returning to Market Hall from Friday, May 5 to Sunday, May 7. - On Monday, Apr. 3, Dallas police arrested and charged a man with murder after a woman was killed in a shooting that evening. Once officers responded to a report at Dallas' Asian Trade District on Royal Lane, they found 53-year-old Chong Sun Wargny had been shot and later pronounced dead at the hospital. Investigators claim that 62-year-old Wan Cho shot at the victim following an argument and while witnesses were trying to detain him until law enforcement arrived, he continued to fire shots at bystanders. - St. Luke Community United Methodist Church is celebrating its 90-year history by continuing its pandemic tradition of Easter in the Park.
