Grand Prairie's New Waterpark Is A 'Cruise Ship On Land'

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX — Are you looking to have an epic year? You can kick off that year this Friday at the grand opening of the Epic Waters indoor waterpark in Grand Prairie. Amassing some 80,000 square-feet of indoor water fun, the park will be open 365 days a year.

The park will open Friday, Jan. 12 at 5:00 p.m. According to Epic Waters' website, the "cruise ship on land" boasts a curved, retractable roof that can be opened when the weather permits. The park features 11 waterslides, an outdoor wave pool, private space for parties

On opening day, the first 50 people physically standing in line will receive one Annual Pass per person. The following 50 people will receive one $100 gift card.
