The Stoneleigh Hotel

The Stoneleigh Hotel pays tribute to Independence Day by celebrating the holiday’s cherished American traditions and customs: a relaxed day poolside feasting on hamburgers and hotdogs. The team at Perle on Maple shined the grill, chilled the beer, and is ready for a leisurely day the American way. Guests can stay cool with Bomb Pop popsicles served in prosecco, or can order a red, white, and blue ice bucket filled with Deep Ellum Brewing Company beer. Enjoy a $7 "1776" cocktail, a red, white and blue hand-crafted 16-ounce drink made with tequila, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and creme de coco, or a $6 Sizzling July 4th Shake made from strawberry custard and blue Pop Rocks.

Red, White and Blues on 4th of July Weekend at Dallas Arboretum

Enjoy blues music, an all-American Independence Day picnic, dancing demonstrations, barbecue, ice cream, $2 hot dogs and $2 root beer floats all weekend long at the Dallas Arboretum.

Active and retired/former military enjoy free admission with ID June 30 - July 4.

Live music, food, 21 beer taps and much more are up for grabs at the fourth annual Red, White & Brew. The cost of a ticket comes with three beers and a pint glass.

Five on the 4th at Klyde Warren Park

If you're a runner, kick off your Independence Day celebrations at Klyde Warren Park with a 5k run benefiting YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas.

This family-friendly event features several events to choose from: a 5-mile Run, a 2-Mile Walk and multiple races for kids. Face painting, balloon artists, music and more await, so make plans to join us for a fun, festive day!

Fair Park Fourth

Take in live music, rides, games and concessions on the State Fair Midway on Wednesday, July 4 in celebration of Independence Day.

Admission tickets can be purchased at the gate for $8 or online for $5 at BigTex.com. All Midway proceeds will go toward the State Fair of Texas Scholarship Program.

A free fireworks show will be held on park grounds at approximately 9:30 p.m., or after sunset.
