  2. The Dallas Police Department has released a new sketch of the woman who was found in a Dallas lake earlier this month. The department is asking the public for its help in identifying the woman.   3. A new study by WalletHub has listed Dallas as 10th in the nation for cities with the highest homicide increase during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dallas is ranked right below Detroit, Michigan (No. 9) and Norfolk, Virginia (No. 8).
