Students Donate Pajamas and Books to Local Children in Need
Students at four Xplor Preschools and Merryhill Preschool in Keller collected items for Scholastic's Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive

Students at four Xplor Preschools in the Dallas area (Xplor on Parkwood Hill Blvd. in Fort Worth, Xplor Crowley, Xplor at Sendera Ranch in Haslet, Xplor in Mansfield), as well as Merryhill Preschool in Keller recently partnered to collect 131 pairs of pajamas and 89 books. The donations, which were collected for Scholastic’s 9th Annual Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive, were delivered to Bridges Safehouse for distribution to community members in need. Through this giving initiative, students learned the importance of helping others, especially during the holiday season.
Since 2009, students nationwide have collected and donated more than 600,000 pairs of new pajamas through Scholastic’s Annual Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive. The Scholastic Book Clubs have more than matched those numbers by donating nearly one million new books directly to Pajama Program headquarters, where they are then distributed across the country.
