Urgent Foster Need - Deployed Soldier Pet - Dallas

Owner is Deployed overseas - help prevent a shelter surrender

Can you help? We currently have an urgent foster need in the area and could really use your help in getting this military pet into a loving home while their owner is deployed.
Foster needed now - July 22,2028 while his owner is deployed overseas.

Buck is a 7-year-old Catahoula Terrier mix who is a calm, loving companion. He enjoys relaxing most of the day, with occasional playtime and a soft spot for squeaky toys. Affectionate and great with people and dogs, Buck is happiest when he’s close by and would do best in a home without cats.

We are Operation Foster and our work gives peace of mind to military families, including Veterans and active-duty service members by offering free, long-term, in-home foster care for the pets of our active-duty service members while they are on deployment or training, as well as the pets of Veterans requiring extended hospitalized stay or mental health care/recovery time.Founded in 2011, we have operations in all 50 states and to date, we have saved the lives of more than 3,500 pets and their owners: pets who may have been euthanized if they were abandoned at over-crowded shelters, and owners who would have been devastated if they were forced to surrender their companion animals simply because they needed to be away.
