Pink diamonds from the Argyle Diamond Mine in Australia are widely considered miracles of nature. According to the Natural Color Diamond Association, natural pink color diamonds are extremely rare, and just 0.02% of the Gemological Institute of America’s intake of diamonds are pink diamonds. Because of this rarity and their beauty, Argyle Pink Diamonds have fetched more than $1,500,000/ct at public auctions. Originating in the remote East Kimberley region of Western Australia, the diamonds offer a spectrum and intensity of color that is unrivaled by any other pink diamond and each diamond over 0.15 carats is inscribed and sold with a Gem Identification Document.

Americus Diamond is one of the largest diamond engagement ring stores in the United States with more than 25,000 square feet of dramatic retail space, and it has more certified diamonds than any other retail store in Texas. While most jewelry stores carry 30 or 40 engagement ring styles, Americus carries more than 3,000. Pink diamonds are unrivaled as one of the “most concentrated forms of wealth” because of their rarity. Americus Diamond believes that Argyle’s pink diamonds appeal to many consumers because they are unique, romantic, collectable, and they can be worn every day.

Approximately 95% of the jewelry sold at Americus is manufactured in their on-site state-of-the-art facility, where more than seven master craftsmen provide custom designs for clients. These master jewelers produce unique, one-of-a-kind pieces for the special Argyle Pink Diamonds. Americus is just one of five U.S. jewelers appointed under trademark license to sell the iconic Australian Argyle Pink Diamonds – the only fancy color diamonds with a guaranteed chain of custody from the source to consumers.

Argyle Pink Diamonds manager Josephine Johnson said, I am delighted to extend a very warm welcome to our new Select Atelier, Americus Diamond. Their commitment to beautiful design and quality craftsmanship is a perfect fit with the rarity, beauty and luxury of Argyle pink diamonds.”
