Arrests Made In Red's Indoor Range Gun Thefts In Pflugerville

Police arrested Hamza Oumanso, 17, Joseph Lopez, 18, and a minor in connection to the robbery of more than 30 firearms.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — A pair of arrests have been made in connection to the burglary of Red's Indoor Range earlier this month, the Pflugerville Police Department said on Tuesday.

Working in conjunction with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, police arrested Hamza Oumansour, 17, along with a minor, officials said. Both are charged with engaging in organized criminal activity stemming from the June 1 burglary. Police said Wednesday a third suspect, identified as 18-year-old Joseph Adam Lopez, was arrested.

Police earlier had offered a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the three suspects connected to the theft of more than 30 firearms from a Pflugerville gun range, officials said at the time. The incident occurred just after 3:30 a.m. on Monday at the Red's Indoor Range, 1908 W. Pecan St., police said, during which 32 firearms — including handguns and long guns — were taken.
