AUSTIN, TX — The Austin Police Department is now involved in an investigation centered on the graffiti of several University of Texas at Austin fraternity houses that occurred earlier this week, officials said on Friday.

The APD is seeking the public's assistance in identifying three suspects wanted for the defacement in the "west campus" portion of the university. On April 19, 2017 at 4:50 a.m., three suspects vandalized the Kappa Alpha (KA) fraternity house located at 2515 Leon St. In addition to Kappa Alpha, Kappa Sigma, Pi Kappa Alpha and Phi Gamma Delta were vandalized with graffiti during the same time frame, police said.

Scrawled with spray paint were such messages as "kill the frats,” "Off our campus!" "Nazis in training" and "nuke the frats." Other scrawled messages referred to fraternity members as rapists and racists.
