Austin Police Make Arrests In Poker Club Heist
Police arrested Jermaine Patrick Spirlark, 41, Charles Clines-Martinez, 24, for Texas Card House aggravated robbery in April.
NORTH AUSTIN, TX — The Austin Police Department said Monday they arrested two men wanted in connection to an aggravated robbery last month of the Texas Card House, billed as the city's premier poker club.
Police arrested Jermaine Patrick Spirlark, 41, Charles Clines-Martinez, 24, for the aggravated robbery that occurred at the Texas Card House on April 30 at around 4 a.m. During the robbery, police said, Spirlark demanded and took property before shooting one of the victims. The injured person was treated at a local hospital before being released.
Police are working with Bexar County law enforcement officials on releasing a booking photo for Spirlark. In the meantime, Austin police released the booking photo for Clines-Martinez.
