Join us Saturday, August 22 at Vista Brewing's Driftwood ranch for a pairing dinner experience celebrating celebrating the amazing honeybee!
Expect to learn about honeybees and how important they are for our food system, all while enjoying a delicious four course menu from Vista's Chef A.C. Carroll. You'll even get to see a frame of live bees in action...fully contained in an observation frame, of course!
Beverage pairings will include Vista's newest beer release, Hive Mind Honey Ale, along with a wine cocktail made with honey, Texas wine and a special feature from Vista's unique barrel aged beer program.
Share a table with friends — or make new ones — at this family style pairing dinner.
We'll begin the evening at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome drink and bite and gather around farmhouse tables for a family style meal.

About Vista's Apiary: We’re committed to doing our part to save the honeybee population. We’ve planted over nine acres of native wildflowers and grasses to support their forage.
Our colonies are never treated with chemical medications and our honey is never heated and only minimally filtered. Our bees draw 100% of their own honeycomb, letting them create the purest local honey possible.
Vista sells our 100% raw, treatment-free honey in the Tasting Room and our online shop (seasonally as harvest allows).
The Vista Ranch is also home to the Teaching Apiary for the Texas Natural Beekeepers Youth Scholarship Program.
