The Entrepreneur’s Source Donates 1,600 Snack Bags to Austin Nonprofit to Support the Homeless

Nearly 600 career ownership coaches and franchise partners with The Entrepreneur’s Source assembled approximately 1,600 snack bags for Caritas of Austin during the organization’s 2026 Annual Conference, held Oct. 18-21 in downtown Austin. The bags will be distributed to people experiencing homelessness throughout the city.
Over two days, conference attendees packed the bags with items requested by Caritas of Austin and included handwritten notes of encouragement for recipients.
The Entrepreneur’s Source, a career ownership coaching organization, hosts the annual conference to bring together its coaches and representatives from more than 250 franchise brands. This year, the organization incorporated a community service project to give back to the Austin community.
Founded in 1964, Caritas of Austin works to prevent and end homelessness by connecting people with stable housing and individualized support services. The nonprofit helps people secure safe housing, access nutritious food, find employment that provides a reliable living wage and develop skills to support long-term stability.
