Lose Something At ACL Fest? Check Out Virtual Lost And Found

Inhibitions weren't only things lost at this year's massive gathering as evidenced by portal showing lost backpacks, eyeglasses and more.

AUSTIN, TX — Other than alcohol-fueled inhibitions as you grooved to the music with wild abandon, did you lose personal belongings at the recently passed Austin City Limits music festival? If so, you may be in luck as organizers have an ample lost-and-found section with myriad objects inadvertently left behind by revelers.

Those looking for lost property can visit the ACL Fest's website to search for missing items or to file a claim for personal belongings inadvertently left behind at the two-weekend festival that just wrapped up this week.

Event organizers have helped narrow your search, separating the section to weekend one and weekend two as you re-trace your trip amid the fog of memory and remembrances.

For grins and giggles, Patch took a gander at the site to behold the sheer variety of abandoned items. There are multiple, unclaimed bags and backpacks in the portal, along with identification cards and keys. There are handsome hats there, too, and an impressive array of jewelry and watches.

And that's just for weekend one. The weekend two inventory is replete with clothing and eyeglasses, perhaps denoting the aforementioned wild abandon as people shed clothing and perhaps tossed eyeglasses aloft in the air in celebrating music on the final weekend with nary a care in the world.
