A "serial entrepreneur" is someone who thrives off of the business life. You may have several projects under your belt or going all at once and love it! However great you may be at working your projects it is common for the serial entrepreneur to get distracted or take on too much at one time. Check out these 15 tips to stay on track to entrepreneurial success!

1. Don't lose your passion for the game
Being in your chosen field is both exciting and extremely challenging. Use your passion for the game to keep you going in hard times.

2. Finish your projects- all of them!
You can take on as many projects as you want ultimately but you need to follow through and finish them, otherwise, you are accomplishing nothing.

3. Be strategic in your approach
Create a plan. Stick to the plan. Enough said!

4. Do everything with purpose and intention
What is most vital to your success is staying focused and not wasting your time. When you're working, complete your tasks that need to get done and move on. Don't spend too much time trying to force things that are out of your control.

5. Document your successes and failures
Keeping track of both your successes and failures will reveal to you your strengths and weaknesses. You need knowledge of both of these to be a successful businessman/woman.

6. The simpler you can keep things, the better off you'll be
Handling a lot of projects can be confusing, keep things as simple as you can to avoid excess stress.

7. Surround yourself with people who tell you the truth
You want to be around people who tell you the truth whether you want to hear it or not. They will keep you on track.

8. Quality over quantity is what will make you successful
This one explains itself. You need to always choose quality over quantity.

9. Prioritize and organize
Make your schedule and stick to it. Also, schedule time away from the office!

10. Become a pro at "doing you"
Figure out your unique style and refine it. People will take notice and you will stand out from those following what everyone else does.

11. Learn from your mistakes
You will make them, that's life. Learn from them!

12. Create relationships with those who can help you (and whom you can help in return)
Networking creates many opportunities- make sure you build genuine relationships with people and give back to them.

13. Learn your strengths and flex them regularly
What are you good at? Refine these skills and you will become bullet-proof!

14. Manage your emotions
It can be a high-stress career path, learn how to express yourself in a mature way.

15. Go all in!
