After a bye week, Texas returns to action with a trip to Stillwater, Oklahoma on Saturday to play Oklahoma State. The Longhorns are looking to bounce back from a disheartening 50-43 loss to California on Sept. 18.
If there’s one thing viewers can expect from this matchup, it will be high scoring. The Cowboys are averaging 39 points per game while their defense is giving up an average of 27.5 points per game. Texas has had an equally explosive season, scoring an average of 44.6 points per contest while allowing 34.6 points.

His primary target is wide receiver James Washington, who has caught 25 passes for 488 yards and 3 scores this season, and will be a difficult matchup for the Longhorns’ struggling defensive backs.
