Pflugerville Municipal Phone Lines Will Be Down For 12 Hours Starting Tonight During System Upgrade
However, emergency telephone service -- including the 911 emergency line -- will be unaffected during 12-hour interruption.

Pflugerville, TX -- City officials are alerting the public municipal telephone lines will be inoperative Friday night during repairs, but emergency lines will be unaffected.
Pflugerville officials sent out an alert Friday afternoon advising residents that city phone lines will be disconnected starting at 9 p.m. on Friday, July 1, during a system upgrade. Consequently, the lines will be out for about 12 hours, officials added.
In making the announcement, city officials assure the public the city's emergency lines won't be affected during the upgrade-caused service interruption. This includes the city's emergency 911 service, which also will be unaffected by the interruption in service.
