On Friday, November 4th, PwC Austin marked "Fall Service Day" by showing their support for Austin Lifeworks, one of the community’s most impactful philanthropies dedicated to supporting local youth and families seeking a path to self-sufficiency. More than 50 PwC Austin volunteers rolled up their sleeves and went to work at the LifeWorks main office, the LifeWorks Shelter and the LifeWorks Youth and Family Resource Center in Austin. Volunteer activities included tree trimming, preparing for fall planting, installation of exercise equipment and garden benches, and painting of facilities and recreational areas.

Fall Service Day is an annual opportunity for PwC Austin to make a difference in the community by donating time and financial resources to worthy causes. This was PwC Austin’s first time partnering with LifeWorks. In the past, PwC has partnered with organizations such as Mobile Loaves and Fishes and The Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas.
