Aaron Webb, Jr., faces two counts related to a sexual assault in December.

EAST AUSTIN, TX -- Police have charged a man with sexual assault stemming from a December attack at an East Austin woman’s home.
Aaron Webb, Jr., 24, has been formally charged with two counts, according to an arrest affidavit cited by Fox 7 News: sexual assault, a 2nd degree felony and burglary with intent to commit sexual assault, a first degree felony.
The charges stem from the victim’s outcry dating to Dec. 10, when she reported the suspect broke into her home before assaulting her.

Hearing the suspect entering the dwelling from another room, the woman assumed it was her new roommate, who had moved in a month before. But then, “...the suspect ran into her room and pushed her down onto the bed as she was turning to see who was at the door,” according to an arrest affidavit. “The victim stated the suspect put his hand over her mouth while still holding her down and yelled "where's the money?’ ”
Webb then allegedly digitally penetrated the victim. According to the warrant, he tried to violate her further but was unable to, "only grinding on her."

The victim said she used that as her opening to rescue herself from the attack, according to the affidavit: “She then started to get bold and began to degrade the suspect and told him that he could 'not do s**t.' She stated the suspect sighed in frustration and left her room."
It was then the victim was able to get free, lock herself in her bedroom, and call 9-1-1.
Police were later able to make a fingerprint match at the crime scene on Dec. 30, which led to the arrest.
Webb is currently in police custody, being held on $70,000.
