• Hay baler catches fire (wilsoncountynews.com) — Firefighters with Wilson County ESD 5 put out a hay baler fire along U.S. 181 in Floresville after the driver wisely pulled the equipment away from nearby businesses. Floresville police and deputies briefly closed southbound lanes while crews worked, and no injuries were reported, with faulty ball bearings likely to blame.
