• Tyler Legacy Invitational: Tyler Legacy girls win 1st; Grace's Goetz sisters take individual titles (tylerpaper.com) — Forney High's cross country teams made a solid showing at Saturday's Tyler Legacy Invitational, with the girls placing third in the open 5K and Ariel Scott cracking the top 10 individually. The boys squad also competed in a deep varsity field, gaining early-season experience against strong programs from across East Texas.
