Friends, community catch glimpse of Fort Worth native on 'Survivor' (dallasnews.com) β A Fort Worth crowd packed Coco Shrimp in Near Southside to cheer on local Survivor contestant and TCU medical student Thien An Nguyen, who was born and raised in the city. The storms brought only minor flooding and no major damage, and rain chances around 30% continue through Sunday before a drier, cooler week in the low 80s sets in.
