Rosedale St. after the Stop 6 Day celebration.The department issued the call for help in a Wednesday afternoon social media <a href="https://x.com/fortworthpd/status/2067304915186176458?s=20" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">post</a>.According to the post, the shooting occurred in the area of 5310 E. Rosedale St. after the Stop 6 Day celebration at nearby Rosedale Park. The <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DYDfa67xHmG/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">event</a> featured live performances, a DJ, as well as free food and water for the community.Officers responded to a large crowd that had gathered outside Smokey's Food Mart following the event.At approximately 9 p.m., a male wearing dark clothing filed multiple rounds in the area between the food mart and the Apex Apartments, injuring several people.
