• TCU bans Fort Worth Star-Telegram over coverage of football locker room attack (lancasteronline.com) — TCU has pulled the Fort Worth Star-Telegram's credentials to cover Horned Frogs athletics, citing concerns that the paper's reporting on an Aug. 13 locker room assault led to threats against a player. The move affects the Star-Telegram's beat writer, including access for Saturday's season opener in Dublin, and leaves Fort Worth's primary TCU news source sidelined while both sides discuss next steps.
