Separate sealed bids will be received by the City of River Oaks until 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, August 18, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud at 1:00 P.M. Small and minority firms are encouraged to submit bids on this project. This contract is subject to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) fair share policy, which includes EPA-approved fair share goals for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) firms in the Construction, Supplies, Equipment and Services procurement categories.
