Beginning October 5th Castleberry ISD is partnering with Be Well Primary Care to provide a community-based clinic for COVID-19 testing. The COVID-19 testing clinic is located behind Joy James Elementary in the former JPS Clinic building at 5300 Buchanan Street, Fort Worth, TX 76114. The clinic is open from 6:30 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday to provide people time to visit before work, if necessary. Walk-ins only.
