• Ex-girlfriend slashed Horizon man's tires months before calling him over 80 times (ktsm.com) — Horizon City residents may notice a recent harassment arrest after police say a local man's ex‑girlfriend repeatedly called him and previously slashed his truck tires, causing about $1,600 in damage. Horizon City Police ultimately arrested the woman on a harassment charge, though the man later declined to prosecute earlier vandalism allegations tied to the same relationship.
