Back To School COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic For The Cypress Community

WHAT: The MolinaCares Accord (“MolinaCares”), in collaboration with Molina Healthcare of Texas, has partnered with MD Kids Pediatrics to host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for families in Cypress.

One dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be given to eligible attendees. The first 50 participants will also receive care packages and gift cards. Registration is not required, but an appointment is recommended.
