Jamal Kaileh

Jamal Kaileh is a Houston-based operator whose career spans construction, real estate development, and private equity. He currently serves as a partner at Theta Group Development, overseeing its construction division, and at Founders Investment Group, where he leads operations.

His background centers on building and running companies in the concrete, infrastructure, and commercial construction sectors. He was a partner at Leveled Concrete, a Houston concrete-repair company acquired by Groundworks in 2025, and previously held operational and senior project-management roles at Rise Construction.

Jamal Kaileh began his career in the U.S. Navy, serving from 1994 to 1998, and later trained at Tulsa Welding School. He continues to focus on construction management, operations, and real estate projects in the Houston market.
