HOUSTON, TX — The Houston Police Department is searching for a man who robbed a hair salon Aug. 19 at 3:39 p.m. The robbery at Diana’s Hair Salon at 11232 Beechnut was captured on surveillance video, HPD wrote on YouTube.
The suspect can be seen exiting the salon bathroom, walking to the front of the business, and propping open its front door with a chair before pulling out a gun. The man told everyone to lay on the floor. The suspect then robbed each person of their money, jewelry, and cell phones, HPD wrote.
"The suspect then grabbed one of the employees by her hair and dragged her to the cash register where he demanded money from the cash drawer. As the suspect was fleeing, another customer walked in with an infant child at which time he made them take a knee," HPD added.

The suspect is described as 6'00" tall, 180 to 220 pounds, and wearing a dark baseball cap, and thick rimless glasses.
