Houston Man Who Took 22-Month Old Son Is Arrested
Alejandro Ludena is charged with burglary and intent to commit domestic violence, and his father Michael Ludena, with hindering apprehension

HOUSTON, TX — Harris County Sheriff’s Office District 2 patrol deputies apprehended an Amber Alert suspect that fled with his 22 month old child after allegedly assaulting his wife on Tuesday.
Alejandro Ludena, 25 had taken his son from the Galena Park area of south Harris County and fled.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office received information that Ludena was staying at the Palace Inn hotel located at 545 FM 1960 in north Harris County.
Deputies went to the motel and spoke with the manager, and learned Ludena was staying as a guest, and that his father had rented a room that evening.

Deputies went to the room and knocked on the door, and when Alejandro Ludena answered the door, he was arrested, and his missing son was found safe.
A short while later Michael Ludena, 70 returned to the room and was questioned by deputies, and admitted to renting the room for his son.
Michael Ludena was charged with hindering apprehension, and Alejandro Ludena was transferred to Galena Park Police officers and faces a burglary with intent to commit domestic violence charge.
