HPD Releases Video Of Carjacking, Shooting [VIDEO]
Police are looking for three men who carjacked a woman and shot a 53-year old man to death on Monday.

HOUSTON, TX — Houston Police are trying to identify three men wanted in the carjacking of a woman, and the shooting death of a 53-year old man.
The incident happened just before 2 p.m., in the 6800 block of London St. (Want to get daily news updates and news of other events going on in your area? Sign up for the free Houston Patch morning newsletter.)
Houston Police released surveillance video that showed four armed black men driving a dark blue Mazda, stopping at the end of London Street, and running toward a green Kia Sedona.

One of the men is seen in the video opening the the drivers side door, and shooting Sam Johnson, 53, and Walter Fields, 22, while a woman is seen jumping from the passenger season and shielding an 11-month old child who was still strapped in a car seat.
Neither the woman or the child were injured, police said.

The man who shot Johnson and Fields is also seen turning and firing several shots at a home across the street, where another man as seen running and hiding as the four men drove up the street..
Mertroy Harris, 27, who was one of the four men in the video, was seen running away toward Cullen Blvd., was arrested on Tuesday and is charged with murder and felony deadly conduct in the 230th State District Court for his role in Johnson’s killing.

Police are looking for three black men, who are between the ages of 18-25 years old.
