WHAT: LSC-CyFair History Department welcomes Retired Texas Ranger Ramiro “Ray” Martinez, who was a critical part of ending the carnage of the University of Texas Tower sniper attack in the 1960s, shares his career in law enforcement from Austin Police Officer to Texas Rangers to Comal County Justice of the Peace.
