HOUSTON, TX — Police are investigating the shooting death of a woman in southwest Houston early Thursday.
The shooting was reported just before 7 a.m. in the 9500 block of Langdon Lane by the woman’s boyfriend.

The boyfriend told investigators that he found her body in the front yard as he was leaving for work.
The 30-year old woman, whose name has not been released, was shot several times, KTRK reported.

Investigators said the woman was holding her car keys and her bags were still with her, so they are not sure of a motive for her killing.
The case is under investgation
