A short time later, deputies conducted a welfare check at the Timberwalk apartments in the 5600 block of Timber Creek Drive, where they found the body of 4-year old Fredricka Allen inside, KPRC reported.

Investigators said Lewis had apparently argued with Allen’s biological father, earlier in the day, but have not said if that was what led to the murder.
