• Four Houston Heights restaurants targeted in same-day break-ins (fox26houston.com) — Four restaurants in the Houston Heights area were hit by early-morning break-ins Friday, with owners worried the incidents may be connected and urging neighbors to stay alert. Houston police are investigating, and affected spots along West 18th and North Shepherd say little cash or goods were taken but the damage and stress are significant for these local businesses.
