• Map: Houston neighborhoods with the most missed trash pickup complaints (click2houston.com) — Houston Heights residents from West 15th to West 25th between Rutland and North Shepherd reported the city's highest number of missed trash pickups, with 132 complaints since 2023. The city has added a new $5 monthly solid waste fee, and reporters are using 311 data and resident interviews to track whether service in hotspot neighborhoods like Houston Heights is actually improving.
