In compliance with the State of Texas Texas Property Tax Code Section 26.16 - also know as SB2, the Texas Property Tax Reform and Transparency Act of 2019 - the City of Irving makes available its proposed Fiscal Year 2020-21 budget cover page and budget tax rate notice for public review:
