The NWS forecasts the heaviest snow accumulations will occur west of Fort Worth and the I-35 corridor; however, Irving is expected to see a mix of snow and rain during this weather event. These conditions could lead to possible slick spots on elevated surfaces and roads. Motorists are urged to take extra care and expect some travel delays.
