Irving Highway Closures: Sh 114 Texpress Lanes, Loop 12 Aug. 26-31

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will implement the following nightly closures on State Highway 114 (SH 114) tolled managed lanes (TEXpress Lanes) and State Loop 12 (Loop 12) beginning this week. Traffic detours will be marked with signage.

8 p.m. to 5 a.m. daily, Wednesday, Aug. 26 and Thursday, Aug. 27

• Eastbound SH 114 Texpress Lane closed from Regency Drive to East Rochelle Boulevard.
• Westbound SH 114 Texpress Lane closed from East Rochelle Boulevard to Gorman Drive.

10 p.m. to 5 a.m. daily, Thursday, Aug. 27 through Monday, Aug. 31

• Northbound Loop 12 alternating double lane closures from Reeves Circle to Hinton Drive.
• Southbound Loop 12 alternating double lane closures from Darr Street to Reeves Circle.

Crews will be setting up temporary traffic barriers and striping. TxDOT asks drivers to remain aware in the work zone. Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays and seek alternate routes when possible.
